What is WeblyBot?

How do I train my chatbot?

You can train your chatbot by providing website URLs for our scraper to read, or by uploading documents (such as PDF, DOCX, TXT) and media files directly in your Customer Dashboard.

Is there a free plan available?

Yes! We offer a Free Plan so you can test out our features. It includes basic usage limits to help you see the value of WeblyBot before upgrading to a Premium or Professional plan.

How do I add the chatbot to my website?

Once you've created and trained your chatbot, you simply copy the small JavaScript embed code provided in your dashboard and paste it into the <head> or <body> of your website.

How do I cancel my account?

You can permanently delete your account directly from your Customer Portal dashboard. Please note that this action will permanently delete all of your chatbots and knowledge source data. We offer a 7-day grace period to restore your account if you change your mind.

What happens if I reach my usage limits?

If you reach your completions or processing limit, your chatbot will temporarily stop responding to new user queries, and you will receive an email alert. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly cycle to reset.

Which languages does WeblyBot support?

WeblyBot supports over 100 languages. It automatically detects the language of the incoming query and responds in the same language, making it perfect for international customer support.

Can I customize the look and feel of my chatbot widget?

Yes, absolutely! In your Customer Dashboard, you can fully customize the chatbot's theme colors, custom avatar, welcome messages, launcher icon style, and placeholder texts to perfectly match your brand's identity.

Can I view analytics for my chatbot's performance?

Yes! WeblyBot includes a comprehensive Analytics Dashboard where you can track total chat volume, helpfulness ratings, response accuracy, and popular topics to continuously optimize your chatbot's performance.

What AI models does WeblyBot use?

We utilize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (including advanced GPT and Claude architectures) optimized for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ensure highly accurate, context-aware responses.

How secure is my data on WeblyBot?

Data security is our top priority. All uploaded training documents and conversations are encrypted both in transit (using HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We host our databases in highly secure cloud environments.

Can I deploy multiple chatbots with one account?

Yes, depending on your subscription plan. While the Free Plan allows for one active chatbot, our Premium and Professional plans support multiple separate chatbots, each with its own knowledge base and styling options.
