Once you've created and trained your chatbot, you simply copy the small
JavaScript embed code provided in your dashboard and paste it into the

You can permanently delete your account directly from your Customer Portal dashboard. Please note that this action will permanently delete all of your chatbots and knowledge source data. We offer a 7-day grace period to restore your account if you change your mind.
If you reach your completions or processing limit, your chatbot will temporarily stop responding to new user queries, and you will receive an email alert. You can upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly cycle to reset.
