Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WeblyBot. We strive to provide the highest quality AI chatbot services. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our Premium Plans.

1. Account Deletion

We do not offer standard subscription cancellations. Instead, you have the option to permanently delete your account directly from the Customer Portal dashboard. When executed by the customer (chatbot creator), this action will permanently delete all of your chatbots and knowledge source data.

2. No Refunds

No refunds will be made upon account deletion. Unless explicitly required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods or account closures.

3. 7-Day Cooling Off Period

We provide a 7-day cooling off (grace) period upon account deletion. If you log back into your account within 7 days of deleting it, your account and all associated chatbots and data will be automatically restored. After this 7-day limit expires, your data is wiped permanently and cannot be recovered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • If you were charged due to a technical error on our platform.
  • If the service experiences prolonged downtime that drastically impacts your usage.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error, please contact our support team at team@weba1.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Changes to Service

We continuously update and improve WeblyBot. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature. Significant changes to limits or pricing will be communicated in advance, and if you disagree with such changes, your sole remedy is to delete your account.

6. Plan Upgrades and Remaining Credits

If you decide to upgrade your subscription plan prior to its scheduled expiration date, your account usage limits—including completions, crawled pages (budget), and file processing credits—will be immediately reset in accordance with the thresholds of your new plan. Any remaining, unused allocation or incentives from your previous plan will be forfeited and will not roll over.
