Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing WeblyBot. We strive to provide the highest quality AI chatbot services. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our Premium Plans.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time directly from your Customer Portal dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
2. No Prorated Refunds
Unless explicitly required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel your subscription half-way through the month, you will still have access to your premium features until the end of that 30-day billing cycle.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- If you were charged due to a technical error on our platform.
- If the service experiences prolonged downtime that drastically impacts your usage.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error, please contact our support team at team@weba1.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. Changes to Service
We continuously update and improve WeblyBot. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature. Significant changes to limits or pricing will be communicated in advance, and if you disagree with such changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
