Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeblyBot, an AI chatbot platform provided by weba1 ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or integrating our chatbot widget into your website, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

WeblyBot provides tools to build, train, and deploy custom AI chatbots by scraping websites and uploading documents. We offer both a Free Plan and Premium Subscription Plans.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You agree not to upload or train your chatbot on content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• You may only install the chatbot widget on domains that you own or have explicit authorization to use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. You will be billed automatically unless you delete your account before the end of the current billing period.

Service Suspension: Upon the expiration of your subscription period, if payment has not been successfully processed or received, all services (including chatbot widgets and dashboard access) will be automatically and immediately suspended by the system. Access to and execution of your chatbots will remain blocked until outstanding payments are resolved and the subscription is active.

Renewal Notifications: To assist with subscription management, the system will automatically dispatch daily email alerts beginning seven (7) days prior to your plan's expiration date, reminding you of the upcoming renewal or payment requirements.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If your account is terminated, your chatbots and uploaded data will be permanently deleted after a standard grace period.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WeblyBot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
